Single sign-on isn't working

If your organisation's identity provider has stopped accepting sign-ins — an expired client secret is the usual cause — the administrator who set it up can ask for a one-time link to repair the configuration.

The link opens your single sign-on settings and nothing else, expires shortly, and can be used once.

Not an administrator? Ask whoever manages single sign-on for your organisation — this link is only issued to them.
